I had a quick look at these threads when the new ceo was appointed ( was going to say what i am saying now but thought i would give her benefit of doubt) -as a customer of grancorp, i can tell you they knew nothing of customer service - the main thing was providing some service to a captive customer, and overpaying for the malt business
I dont imagine she has had a lot to do with consumers and marketing, nor dealing with the gorillas of coles and woolies - the other thing she did was luckily attract a.d.m.to make a bid. any other improvements at gnc were modest
