Very frustrating indeed elh, but I think the worst is well & truly behind us. Property write downs etc, mining & civil works business really starting to hit its straps should produce good returns, you'd hope that projects like Central Park for Fraser Property of 1000 units will produce good returns. Their order book still has some capacity according to one of their last releases so I'm optimistic that better days await.

My criticism is of the board which in my opinion has been too closely linked to Kevin Seymour & way too Queensland centric. New fresh younger blood is required for generational change. Management seems up to the task so how about some board revitalisation?

Current share price is woeful & doesn't reflect reality IMHO, currently we should be around the high $1's nudging $2. The good ol' days of $6 are but a distant memory but within a year we should be mid $2's if all goes well.
