well put VVSLAXMAN! they are in deed broke! my guess is the deal has been negotiate and new announcement should be on the way, however, you need to know that M8 has a bit of shareholding in SRA. I think at best this company will survive and thank god that M8 & Clear have taken on the next year's challenge!
