compared to windimurra this will be a cheap way of producing vanadium. windimurra has to produce ferro-V because it wouldn't get licences to transport hazardous v2o5. depsite what atlantic say windimurra is a high cost producer. evraz doing this will put the equivalent of 1/2 a windimurra on the market and it will push prices down.
