i would suggest that a consolidation would only result in a drop in the sp, opening the possibility of an even smaller MC, and even larger dilution.
once the company has a real purpose, some sound assets, loyal holders, perhaps a glimpse of profits, and expectations of much smaller sp increments, THEN you consolidate.
