    another cap raising at some stage is likely, but while they have 2mill in the bank, no debts, and complete ownership of a resource financing arm (with around 13mill in funds last time i checked), i can't see why they will be needing more money unless they have something far more valuable to spend it on.

    it doesn't take a genius to work out that a company with any number of shares, but zero debt, 2mill in the bank and a market cap of only 7mill is still mathematically more sound than most of the giants falling around it right now.

    in fact, why dont we double the MC like bewby suggests. ok, so for $14mill MC we then get a co with $9mill in the bank, zero debt, ownership of a $13mill financing fund and intricate ties with a microcap specialist company (with proven track record)that has vowed to get it to the next level.

    seems pretty safe to me.
