Could have used some more detail....ie what the share structure of the new entity will be...how are profits (of course there will be plenty) are to be distributed...what the business focus of the new entity will be....
It's not like they haven't had months to think about it....
I'll still hold to let this unfold (actually got a few more today to round out the holding)....at this price it remains interesting....
