This is the first we have heard of legal action against the operators of the drill rig. I think this is good news, the drilling was an absolute disaster that had me thinking at the time that the drill was not the right tool for the job (ie too small a machine) or absolute incompetence of the operators, or most likely a combination of the two. That is just my thoughts, I don't have any knowledge of drilling. It costs big dollars to drill and if they have not done their job properly they should pay!
