I attended the AGM today and the no show by the Executive Chairman and CEO, Reg Kermode, on $2m per annum was a disgrace.

Was he embarrassed to front his loyal shareholders to explain the disastrous share price performance and lack of any real broker coverage or was it just part of the Directors' lack of interest of shareholders.

The "old boy" directors should appoint the lady speaker Mary to the Board and at least try and get some gender diversity and independence on the Board.

Perhaps the speaker who was ante woman should read the recent ASX publication from the ASX Corporate Governance Council or better still go back and live under a stone.
