    Major Institutions pay 18.5c for 130 mill. shares in SEH plus many millions traded over last few days incl. over 6mill. today.
    At least four brokers have price targets between 45c and 55c !
    Additionally management have achieved or exceeded every recent objective.
    TNP is the stock that needs to "get it's act together
