looks like meeting will screw shareholders /dilute
n increase directors% holdings !!!!!!!!
if i had shares in ETC i would be putting forward a resolution if directors go in placement /restructure-dilution -----at a 20% discount to mkt ---they directors should get a pay cut as they seem to be able to survive OK :) (Obviously paid too well )
