chm has definitely got major disclosure issues because it has failed to advise the market just how much of the 'win' if it ever come is owed to third parties that have supported the cause (the ligation financier, lawyers and other funders). if I was trying to determine whether I was going to buy or sell chm that would be a very material issue for me and I don't see how they have got away without disclosing the exact position.
