    Your concerned about the wrong issue. What CHM does with Jack and Weld is not the concern of MMX shareholders.

    MMX shareholders should simply focus on how to manage they current margin loan fcilities and the approching LVR limit.

    My thoughts are that MMX should start buying up CHM shares to limit the destruction.
