How does a common stockholder in CHM benefit if any payment ever...

How does a common stockholder in CHM benefit if any payment ever comes thier way from the MMX wrangle.
Lets say for instance that they get $100m ( Doubtful i know)
Will they give their shareholders a special dividend???
Are there different classes of stock that will get preference?
How does the common stockholder benefit, and please dont say anything about cash backing per share, cuase looking at some of the upsetness that is going on with another companies big cash bonanza, and their boards intention to splurge it on a W African spending spree, I cant see how even with a minor win CHM's will get a cahnce to sell there stock and make a profit.
