advice like that costs money!! No one can tell you what to do in respect of your personal circumstances, because they don't know your situation. If you are considering a margin loan, try to make sure of the following: -
1. can I get the loan
2. can I make the interest only repayments
3. Why am I investing in this share
4. Is it going to provide me with a better return than the intest rate.
5. Is it going to provide me with a better return after expenses and CGT than putting my money elsewhere with minimal risk?
