it will not trade at less than 0.1 cents post funding exercise. however, i believe that the company will consolidate the shares such that 20 - 30 shares merge to 1. this will result in either 2 cents or 3 cents a share. but 1m shares now will become 33k - 50k depending on the consolidation ratio
