HIGHLIGHTS

2008 field programme completed 18 September 2008

10,912m of RC drilling in 100 holes and 1,500m of Diamond Core drilling in 6
holes has been successfully completed targeting vanadium, platinum, fluorite
and copper/gold with assay results pending.

The outcropping Central Zone hosting vanadium and platinum mineralisation,
within a 50 metre thick magnetite gabbro unit, has been expanded to an area
comprising 6 km by 1.7 km (previously 3.5 km by 1.6 km).

Two new areas prospective for vanadium/platinum identified and tested by
drilling.

Resource estimates on each of the three vanadium zones are planned for completion upon receipt of assays.
