Maybe looking into it too much, but the company update gives Usmanov an 'out' of the second tranche imo.
The two announcement dates are 4 days apart with the D&C issue the earlier of the two. As they state, things have changed substantially with D&C and that was after the 28th (Gallager announcement) - which gives a clear 'out' for the second tranche.
Second tranche to be done at market or not at all imo.
They've got SRK shareholders hanging by the short and curlies atm imo
