What makes you think people overlooked the fact that the tenements are only applications Tushi?
Don't you know this is par for the course with these companies, lol?
Only 1 of the Jarra Resources tenements were granted prior to the issue of 60m shares and options for them.
If you look at the YRR deal with Cabe you will see that 2 of the tenements near Bigryli were held by Whitvista. Now why would YRR pay millions of shares for tenements when Whitvista was simply applying for ground in the area even after the Cabe deal was announced?.
Why didn't YRR just apply for tenements themselves instead of giving away 85m shares and options for 4 NT tenements (of which only 1 was granted) and 3 in WA?.
Whitvista applied for lease ELA26487 on 29/10/07. It actually sits between the 2 leases picked up by YRR from Cabe (the 2 leases that were in Cabe's own name, the rest were held by Whitvista). On 29/8/07 YRR announced their intention to acquire Cabe. That's 2 months before Whitvista got the above tenement just for applying for it.
So Tushi I think many people who have held shares in AGU or YRR & GPN for any length of time haven't overlooked anything.
I have a book full of info detailing what's what and who's who with these 3 companies, which will one day be put to good use when the time is right.
