324 million fully diluted, but i would suggest that a sweetner announcement before TSX listing will probably get us to 60 to 65 cent share price.

but lets go with worse case 324 million shares

based 2009/10 EPS would be circa 0.14 PE of 10 = SP of $1.40

Ok that looks better as a first target.

Lots of ifs, but i will wait it out till June 2008 and reassess, MON cannot avoid any more disappointments.
