They have four about months to complete the Mt Magnet purchase, which obviously includes raising the $35 million. I guess Davyhurst will generate some reasonable cash from mid year, but it's a bit unclear how much. I think MON has a challenging time ahead. They will need no hiccups for Davyhurst, a recovery in mkt general sentiment, and an ability to convince Canadian / US investors that Mt Magnet is the goods.
