Hi Chuck,

I've been told that Pelican returned last week having been asked to address some environmental issues with Romblon. Nothing too serious, given it is basically a simple earthworks operation, but Phillipino govt is trying to give the impression of becoming environmentally conscious. It sounds like no news for around three weeks, but Pelican are confident they have it in the bag. I believe the current shareprice reflects some uncertainty and will definitely spike on the MPSA being awarded.
