I think the stock could fairly readily get to the $1 mark though I don't expect that this will happen on the announcement of the lease. Probably not until we see shipment of ore to QNI.
Once we get the announcement I expect that the price will spike however one of the things I have been pondering is how much that granting of the lease is already factored into the share price
