If by mpsa you mean the agreement with the Phillipines Govt on the large nickel mining lease, then your guess is as good as anyone elses....

All I can tell you is that Director, John Palermo was in the Phillipines a couple of weeks ago to address the powers that be about the company's intentions should they be awarded the lease. It seemd to go well I'm told.

Given that beaureacracies move slowly even after decisions have been taken, I wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait another week or two before we hear something.
