Not to worry, having worked in the fin ad industry I know where TIM are coming from. A lot of people have opted to put up to $1M into super this year while the opportunity is there and get tax deduction, rather than invest in Tax Effectives.
I think the government will do a back flip on the tax ruling, and keep future projects tax deductibility. If not I believe a test case will get up in court anyway.
Large scale agricultural investments are the way of the future if Australia is to remain competitive with developing nations.
