On 13 October Brambles (BIL) announced that it had agreed to purchase AUSDOC, the Melbourne based information management business, for $260 million cash.
The announcement stated that the acquisition was conditional on approval from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Foreign Investment Review Board.
Both approvals have now been obtained.
Completion of the acquisition of AUSDOC is expected to take place on 15 December.
