Good spot Jay. Could this statement be the vote from the Dingyi board formalising their agreement to go ahead and/or that they have 50.1% ??

For those (yes Jay) that have been soaking up more of these at a premium, good for you. I would have done the same but with 40yrs of marital bliss just becoming a train wreck $$$ are tight!! It seems amazing to me that there is a 20% play still on the table?? Maybe a lot of Sundance holders are also Elememtal holders!!??
