Hi Max,

As yet I have not accepted, I recently returned from holidays & have been home 2 days after a couple of months away.
Now I'm home I am looking at my options, I am finding the whole situation a bit strange as accepting means I can not sell if something turns bad with the deal, yet by not accepting I risk playing a role in the deal not going through. There also appears to be a lot of traders in this stock & they will clearly not accept the deal with the same thinking as me.
As you have mentioned "Is there anyway of knowing if the large holders have accepted or not?" why is this not being confirmed by management in order to give confidence to us shareholders to make an informed decision.

Being new to the sharemarket I am not comfortable calling management as I believe we should not be chasing them for this sort of information, it should be offered in an announcement. But I know companies do not pass on info as much as they should do (I have learnt this from every investment I have made in ASX listed companies).
I assume since we have heard nothing then large holders have not accepted yet

I'll let you know when I accept as I will be accepting, it is just a matter of when, the other thing is a am still buying small packages & will stop buying once I accept.

The sp falling is not a big issue as it does not take many shares to exchange hands for this to move 10% & we have a lot of nervous nellies out there right now.

My current personal opinion is the TO will go through but how long people are willing to hold onto their shares is the problem, without knowing large holders intentions is dragging the sp down, I don't understand why large holders have not accepted (assuming they have not)
