    Thanks for your response Brucey. Sounds like your opinion is based more on gut feel rather an any pertinant information that I was ignorant to.

    Does anyone know what happens to the votes for shareholders who fail to respond? Since the board of directors have endorsed the deal do those count as accepted votes?
