Sorry I got my dates mixed up between the info Gralynchet gave here & the announcement, I meant 15th Nov. From the announcement:-

"As set out in the Elemental Lead Investment Announcements, the circular in respect of the Elemental Lead Investment containing, among other things, (i) further details of the Elemental Lead Investment; (ii) the Competent Person’s Report; and (iii) the Valuation Report (the “Circular”) is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders by 15 October 2013. As additional time is required by the Company for the preparation of the Circular, the despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before 15 November 2013."
