    "GWR have been trying to get access to Esperence, however Brookfield or Cube will get the contract to build the 10M MT expansion. Out of that 10M expansion, Cazaly will get 4.2M MT and Mineral Resources will fill the rest. FAS are not funded nor does the port authority rate them as credible."
