Request For Trading Halt
Panax Geothermal Ltd formally requests that you grant a trading halt on the entity’s
securities and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the following information is
provided.
? The company intends to make an announcement relating to capital raising
initiatives and in relation to other corporate matters;
? The Company further requests that the trading halt be granted for the maximum
allowable period permissible under ASX’s market rules; and
? The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be
granted.
The company requests the trading halt take effect prior to the market opening on Friday 15
February 2013.
