Hi Rogerzhu,

I reckon the risk of shareholder rejection is another reason why the share price has been hammered. With that in mind and especially now that the SP is under 10c, you will find that hedge funds will be buying CNP and voting "Yes" when it is put to shareholders. They won't need to increase their offer. The only hope is that the runner up bidders actually come back with a counter offer and force the issue.

I hope for all current shareholders sake that there is a counter but I wouldn't bet on it.
