The split of the $100 million will work out to be about 5 cents per share. (7.8 cents close of yesterday remains a premium)
Cnp management have screwed all the retail shareholders. The banks have turned out the only winners here.
I would recommend people to stay away, it's confirmed cnp will be phased out.
