I just can't get my head around how the restructure of the entire group involves eliminating CNP shareholders......

Oh that's right our negative NTA......

A restructure should unite all shareholders across the board of entities, into the newly formed entity....in some form or another!

All I read is 'restructure of the head stock',' recapitalising the group', 'interest of all shareholders', 'reduce lvr', 'credit environments increasing significantly over the last year', 'simplification of the business' .... Blah blah!

That's the advice we have seeked and paid for....! I'm in the wrong industry!

What a crock!

if all I can extract is $0.10 at absolute best.... I need to find myself a worthy charity!
