"On completion of the debt restructure, all Centro?s external senior debt would be extinguished, and Centro would have no substantial assets other than a cash sum of up to $100 million."

I called Centro today to seek some info re: $100 million. Will that be distributed back to shareholders and is that the end of story? They wont comment on the sp of course but it seems that everything is still pending regarding the future of CNP.

I'll hold. Uncertainty --> opportunity.
