greyhound : the statement says that at the end of the day, CNP will have NO ASSETS other than 100 Million cash to be given to shareholders. That will be 10c per share or less.
So I sold today in anguish at 15c. good luck to those that hold to the bitter end.
by the way, the statement says that if shareholders vote against the arrangement, another arrangement will be sought that does NOT leave 100 M cash for shareholders.
ie - shareholders even worse off if they vote against it.
Get out while you can.
