CHM have got two potential sources of funds from result of the court decision.

One the easier to quantify is Grimaldi's profits on shares. They have been able to quantify this fairly quickly.

The second which is more complicated is the MMX payment. Now MMX talk about not making a profit but then posters on MMX thread talk about getting "billions" from mitsubishi as a deferred payment on selling a 50% interest in the project.

I struggle to understand if MMX have gained significantly from selling a 50% interest in the IO assets that CHM who put up 24% of the cash for purchase will not have this payment included as part of compensation.

If people think this is going to be any clearer after next court date then stand by for disappointment as this will need an expert to work their way through it which court will appoint.

Then who ever doesnt like result will appeal.
