i talked to several Cos that recently did a JV in the west - the original holder had unrealistic promote ratios for $spent for equity until finally they relented by one saying - this is what we will spend for xx% take or leave it and finally they accepted - could be the case here, but hope not - u do not want to be steamrolled and give it away nor as u say be too greedy - the length of time is hopfully Noel neg well enough for a decent deal for shareholders and deal which will need full board approval from the incoming partner - which no doubt takes time and needs to be compared with what else is available at this time that the incoming partner might be looking at - and then timing of actual drill and budgets.

fingers crossed - we are due for a bit if good news and hopefully a hint in qrtly if not before!!
