I'd say that there's probably more accumulation than selling off hence the price increase. They are not equal. What i' m thinking is whoever trying to accumulate is also trying to cap the share price so as to prevent a spike. I observed this in one of the days when someone bought around 400k of shares bringing the share price to 12 cents (up 0.5 cents) and then at the end of the day, someone sold off around 100k bringing it back to 11.5 cents. This occurred several times during the past few weeks. I also observed after market purchases. Clearly, someone is taking advantage of the current sentiment of the market on this company to accumulate. the sentiment for this shares has changed over the last couple months. there is a lot of hesitation right now to buy into the ' rumours' which has been circulating since late last year. Only way to change the sentiment is for the company to official announce whats been going. I do believe like what the others have said here that there is no reason for the cameroon government to reject the deal. Its all about the political play now and as everyone knows it is long winded and expensive process. In terms of the resource, we all know the ground is rich in bauxite and low in silica. Transporting the ore has also been considered by the company so that is not an issue. Let us hope something gets announcement within this month.
