I am pretty sure the 'big buyer' wants in not because the stock is now cheap or because the remaining assay results will be better than the first hole...but because they have bothered to read all the other projects particularly Ambrosia (uranium) and Kangaroo Island (zinc). Both of these present enormous opportunities...both in terms of ground/prospects and spot prices.
