I'd say that was probably never on the cards at $0.05 it more than likely came down to what the underwriter was prepared to cover & considering they had a SPP & rights issue @ $0.01 completed 3 weeks ago a 100% increase on that @ $0.02 was still probably a pretty good deal for them to be able to secure an underwriter for. Also might come back to as I mentioned previously they're not looking at the clinic for another year 2H 2014 OR 2015.
