I should correct that as it's not the same it's actually no monetary gain to them - as the stock was actually issued to Cynata hence monetary gain - Both directors just have the "option" to purchase 50,000,000 each at $0.02 so no different to the move for capital they are just guaranteed 50,000,000 each - so a nice allocation should they wish to take it the full allotment up.
