Finally had a chance to digest the Ann, a massive overreaction in my opinion.

New appropriate name

Full acquisition of Cynata (excellent stemcell technology, patents, etc)

Consolidation of a billion fully diluted shares, and rightly so we are now going to be a brand new entity (eco nappies etc is NOT the main focus) so its almost a float.

Cash in the bank to start trail phases

I'll be participating in the CR (SPP). If it was the end all of an Ann. I would be the first to sell and cut my losses. I speculate that a lot of ill informed and quick traders looking for a quick buck sold out today with out even digesting the Ann. You would think with this Ann and the crazy drop to 2c we already failed phase 1 or something lol.
