Absolutely these type of raisings encourage stags.
This was a really badly constructed and poorly thought out announcement.
--There was little to no explanation of why it was a good idea to buy out Cynata now.
--If you are going to raise money at least give a good reason for us to part with ours
--They should have had a rights issue.
What did they expect people to do? Buy?
