nihilism , you can't really compare Afrca coal with australia coal. we all know australia have best quality coal in the world.

Try compare with AFR:
- Both in same country with poor rail infrastructure
- Both coal are similar quality.
- Both focus on power station in early phase and waiting for rail infrastructure built by government.
- both have over billion tonnes resource.

AFR:
- shallow mining ( NMR is 100-150m deep)
- cost $12 ( NMR should cost more due to 100m deep)
- 112mil capital (6x NMR)
- price jump up after feassible study (focus on power station in early stage)
