Thanks for quoting all those figures Nihilism. I'll have a look at the figures from your perspective. Don't have time to get into them at the moment. Chris Mason has mentioned on a number of occasions about working with the Botswana Government to maximise the return on the resource. He has quoted figures of quadrupling the value of the material dug out of the ground utilising downstream processing to maximise the return on investment for the share holders. All will be revealed in the scoping study, I'm sure, but i believe that NMR are going to want to see a ROI to shareholders asap and they are not going to wait for the necessary infrastructure to be in place before they export to the likes of india. I can see the lower grade, close to surface coal to be used for synthetic diesel, gas, plastics etc in the short term to generate some income and support the local and rural demand. Then comes the power shortage for the region. Botswana imports over 70% of its electricity. I can see power stations on the horizon. Any way, food for thought...got to go...fun times ahead.
