Valleyarm enters into Agreement to supply iPhone and Android Apps to customer base
with MixMatchMusic Ltd, USA

The Directors of Transol Corporation Limited (Transol) are pleased to announce that its 100%
owned subsidiary Valleyarm Digital Pty Ltd (Valleyarm) has entered into an Agreement with
MixMatchMusic Ltd (MixMatch) to supply its customer base with applications for iPhone and
Android based phones. MixMatch are a market leader in the development of iPhone and Android
applications utilising their MobBase development software.
The agreement means that Valleyarms artists and labels will now be able to increase their
interaction with fans and clients with the MobBase development interface, giving bands and labels
the ability to develop customised applications for both iPhones and smart phones utilising Android
operating systems that lead traffic back to iTunes and other retail outlets for the purchase of tracks.
According to a report published by a specialised app store analytics company, iPhone applications
showed more than 111% growth, and Android applications 544% in 2010, with more than three
million downloads per day of the top 300 applications available for download.
A spokesperson from Valleyarm said Apps create an enormous opportunity to maximise the
monetisation of content in many areas of social media today, and Valleyarm is excited to present
such an opportunity to its extensive catalogue of artists and labels as a digital social media tool to
assist in driving sales traffic to the iTunes store.
