cheapcharlie, where you r now is where I was 6 months ago and wandering the same thing(about the downrampers) now, for me 6 months later, I'm holding only because i don't want to tear up too much money, Hey, I'm hoping this baby rockets. last time I looked at the top20 (oppies) I was still on their!!
Just trying to tell people who haven't yet put their money in, too simply be more cautious than I was.
