Yep, well identified Hotfire. I had my sell finger on the button at 42c also, but then the announcement came out and I waited to see the response. Not that it makes much difference to me - I was only going to trade a very small portion of my total holding. I'm all set for the big-run, so bring on the good news and lets get this stock established above 50c.
